These individuals are part of a movement known as the “sober curious” community. The sober curious lifestyle is all about exploring the benefits of sobriety, without committing to completely giving up alcohol or other substances altogether. This movement has gained popularity due to the increasing awareness of mental and physical health, as well as the desire to break away from societal norms and expectations.
